Self-Sacrifice

Text: I Corinthians 9:26-27 NKJV

[26] Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. [27] But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.

1. Pray that you will run your Christian race with purpose.

2. Pray that you will show self-sacrifice through the discipline of your body.

3. Pray that your loved ones will not be disqualified through the lack of discipline.

4. Pray that the ministers in your local church will not just preach but demonstrate discipline of their body.

5. Pray that the believers in your nation will be able to bring their body under subjection and fight their spiritual battles with certainty.
