Sacrifice of Obedience

Text: ‭I Samuel 15:22 NKJV‬

[22] So Samuel said: “Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams.

‭I Samuel 15:22 NKJV‬

1. Pray that you will be the delight of God.

2. Pray that your sacrifice will be in the form of complete obedience to the voice of God.

3. Pray that your loved ones will sacrifice their desire to heed to their own will.

4. Pray that the members of your local church will be willing to sacrifice their flesh in order to hear and obey God's voice.

5. Pray that the leaders of your nation will be ready to sacrifice their political alliances and aspirations so as to obey God's voice.
