Rule with Capacity 

Exodus 18:25-26 

And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.

Exodus 18:25‭-‬26 KJV 

1. Pray that your abilities will make you stand out for leadership. 

2. Pray that you will identify and operate in your full capacity.

3. Pray that your loved ones will have rulers in their lives whose advice and counsel will help them resolve any difficult situations. 

4. Pray that through Spirit-led appointments and delegation, there will be seamless leadership in your local church. 

5. Pray that the leaders in your nation will make appointments based on ability and capacity not favouritism.
