Responsible Leadership

Text: 1 Peter 5:2.

Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

1 Peter 5:2 KJV

1. Pray that you will be a caring leader who seeks the well-being of others.

2. Pray that you will enjoy the leadership of a leader who will always serve with willingness and joy.

3. Pray that your loved ones will be led by leaders who will not exploit them for financial gains at the expense of a true service to God.

4. Pray that the leaders in your local church will guide, protect and oversee the welfare and interest of the members.

5. Pray that the ministers of God in your nation will be eager to serve the Church with joy.
