Purpose of Marriage

Text: Matthew 19:5-6.

and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Matthew 19:5‭-‬6 NKJV

1. Pray that you will have a deeper understanding of the purpose of marriage and family life.

2. Pray that you will fulfil the purpose of your marriage as you establish a stronger bond with your spouse.

3. Pray that any external force that weaken the bonds within the marriages of your loved ones will be nullified.

4. Pray that married couples in your local church will rediscover the true purpose of marriage life.

5. Pray that the people of your nation will find the intended purpose and importance of marriage and family life.
